Grand Casino FAQs
In compliance with international maritime laws, the Grand Casino operates exclusively when the ship is sailing in international waters. It opens approximately 60 to 90 minutes after leaving port and remains active until late night. It is closed while docked in port.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age (or legal gambling age under European and international marine regulations) to place bets on slot machines or at live tables. Minors are not permitted in the active gaming perimeter.
The casino operates in Euros (EUR) on Mediterranean sailings. Guests can use their contactless Costa Card to purchase chips at tables or load credits directly onto slot machines using their registered onboard credit account or cash deposit.
The dress code is smart casual. During gala nights, more formal cocktail attire is encouraged. Swimwear, tank tops, and bare feet are strictly prohibited inside the casino lounge.
